Day 3/4/5
Had to take care of a friend yesterday so did not go to the gym and the meal for yesterday was half a chipolte burrito... yummy! Today it was back to work, koshi for breakfast, yogurt for a snack and then a late lunch at chilli's with the family for my birthday. I had half a chicken sandwich and a small salad. After that hit the gym again for about an hour. Don't think I need another meal tonight, maybe just a few strawberries before bed.

How I Got Here
When I was little I was so skinny my mom had to make most of my clothes because store bought clothes were usually to big for me, even when she made them I had trouble keeping sleeves on my shoulders. As I reached middle school I no longer had this problem and by high school was at 120. In the past few years I have been ranging between 130 and 140 not to to bad but I did not like it... but not enough to do something about it. Now here I am a BIG 158! Yes 158! Almost 160! All this I put on in a year, as I started my current job where all I do is sit infront of a computer for 8+ hours, go home sleep and do it all over again. I am uncomfterble, my clothes dont fit and I hate feeling my tummy on my belly!!!! So whats this blog about??? I do not have enough drive to lose it alone so... I figure if its out on the web for people to see I will feel bad if I cant show results to everyone. I will post every week with a weigh in and who knows what else. I started today with an hour in the gym!
