Day 3/4/5

Had to take care of a friend yesterday so did not go to the gym and the meal for yesterday was half a chipolte burrito... yummy! Today it was back to work, koshi for breakfast, yogurt for a snack and then a late lunch at chilli's with the family for my birthday. I had half a chicken sandwich and a small salad. After that hit the gym again for about an hour. Don't think I need another meal tonight, maybe just a few strawberries before bed.
